Dana Oatis is the founder and CEO of Key Interior Services, a multi-million dollar construction
services company that services hotels, large commercial projects, and natural disaster relief projects. As one of the few female-founded construction businesses in Texas, Dana launched Key in 2018 to stand out and stand on the sole philosophy to be a true partner to their clients.

A Texas-born straight-shooting, single mom of two teenage boys, Dana began her career, not in
construction, but in liquor sales, where she realized she had a knack for the basics of business -
building relationships.

She operates by the core belief of going above-and-beyond for her clients, following The
Golden Rule, to treat them as she would want to be treated with integrity, respect,
accountability, and transparency. Certified female-founded WBENC business, Dana’s clients
include The Rustic, Cotton Holdings, Residence Inn, Townplace Suites by Marriott, and Hyatt
Place.
